Retention
(Retention of title until payment) - Title of goods shall not pass to the Purchaser until payment in full is received by the Vendor from the Purchaser not withstanding the yards may have been fixed to the purchaser’s property.  If the Purchaser does not pay for any goods on the date specified in this Agreement the vendor is hereby irrevocably authorised by the Purchaser to enter the Purchasers premises (or any premises under the control of the Purchaser or as agent of the Purchaser if the goods are stored at such premises) and use reasonable force to dismantle and take possession of the goods without liability for the cost trespass, negligence or payment of any compensation to the Purchaser’s whatsoever.

Freight
ProWay will notify you of freight costs at the time of placing your order. Your order will not be processed until approval of freight cost is received.

Finance
Have you considered leasing or other finance options for your stockyards? The benefits of this include the distribution of payments over several years thus reducing the burden of paying in one lump sum. The payments can also be treated as an expense and become more tax effective. The access to finance also allows you to do the job once and do it properly eliminating the need to be continually repairing older yards. Talk to your regular financial institution for more information or talk to us and we will refer you to our regular stockyard finance provider.

Freight
