The ProWay sheep feeders have been designed with the lamb fattener in mind. They are equally well suited to supplementary feeding of stock.

The ProWay feeder is set apart from other feeders in the market by its grain metering mechanism. Anyone who has successfully fattened lambs will realise how important control of sheep access to grain is. The ProWay feeder has a simple system which can be adjusted from zero to full ad lib feeding. Accurate metering is especially important during the induction process. The mechanism is designed to reduce the potential for blockages and minimise the need for cleaning. Blockages followed by subsequent over eating will reduce feed conversion efficiency. It will also increase the likelihood of deaths, even in animals on full ration. Maximum performance is dependent on consistent intake.

Metering is particularly simple and quick to adjust, featuring easily accessible wing-nuts and a slide mechanism.
 
The grain tray and shielding design minimise moisture penetration onto the grain.

The feeder is designed to be moved by a front-end loader. It has a solid RHS sub-frame and loops for hay forks. The weather shields fold down to avoid transit damage.

Lid design is focused on durability and ease of use.

The feeders are designed to totally self empty, even with oats.

The ProWay feeder will not be the cheapest on the market, but you can be certain it will deliver better net profits over its lifetime due to effective design.
